When we first moved to the North State, and began driving home north/east on Hwy 32, there was a bend in the road where suddenly we could see the top of Mt. Shasta along with Mt. Lassen in the distance. Beautiful, majestic twins, it always brought a smile to our faces, and still does to this day. They are one of the many landmark in this area that give us gratitude for being able to live here.
